Frank, founded in 1983 in Boston, is published in Paris in English twice a year by Frank Association and distributed internationally. Frank attempts to promote diversely creative and original work that demonstrates excellence, innovation, vision, and engagement. The Editors look favorably on work that responds artistically to social, political, and global issues, as well as texts and images that reveal original and passionate perspectives on the world, its cultures, traditions, and languages. Work that falls between existing genres and helps redefine boundaries or all sorts is highly encouraged. Work that conveys a sense of necessity and implores readers to pay attention is what belongs on Frank's pages. We prefer texts that do not exceed 15 printed pages. Electronic submissions as Word file attachments are welcome and should be saved in RTF, labeled with the author's last name, and sent to submissions@ReadFrank.com. Please check that the size of your file doesn't exceed 2MB. If your file is larger than 2MB try saving it in a different format -- ".rtf" (rich text format) is good for writing and ".jpg" is good for images.
Unsolicited manuscripts of previously unpublished and original work of all kinds are welcome accompanied by International Reply Coupons or the equivalent amount of postage in check or money order in US $ or Euros.
